1. Complete logo design request form
Complete the logo design request form providing a detailed breakdown of what you require.

2. First round of logo designs
On receipt of your request I will contact you to clarify your requirements. Next I will
prepare 3 to 5 designs within 7 days and email them to you.

3. Choose preferred design and email comments
Examine the first round of logo designs and choose your preferred version. Please email me
back your comments providing as much detail as possible.

4. Unlimited revisions begins
Work on revisions will begin incorporating your comments and the updated design will be
emailed back to you for your further comments. Revisions will continue until you are
completely satisfied.

5. Final approval
Once I have incorporated your final comments and you have approved the final design I will
invoice you. Payment is due once you approve the final design but before you receive the
final files. Once payment is received the logo file will be sent to you in requested formats –
AI, CDR, EPS, JPG, PNG.
